"I had gel nails removed and put on. The lady nail tech used too heavy of a grinder when removing my old polish so even with 2 coats of gel and 1 coat of clear coat my nails are bendin,breaking and chipping. She removed too much of my natural nail. There was a client complaining about this as I was getting my nails done. So after a little conversation with others who have used this place... they stopped also because of the same reason. They grind to get u in and out fast not considering what it does to their clients nails/hands. I now have to cut all my nails off and I have to wait for my new nail to grow out before I can do anymore gel. Bottom line: they are about the money, not the quality or care of customer. I highly do not recommend Milan Nails in Westlake Village. They are located by Panera bread."

"Not the best spot. The prices are comparable to West hollywood based on location that isn't very reasonable. I got my toes done and because they didn't cut them properly less than a week later I had to have them done again. If you read my reviews you know that I'm a tightwad so I was not very happy about that at all."

"I like the shape and length of my nails, but ultimately the polish job was sloppy because my nail technician was rushing to get to another guest. I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure to clean up after her colleague's sloppy work. I called ahead to make an appointment, so if they didn't have time for me they could have told me that before I wasted the time getting there. The whole point in calling ahead is so you're ready when your guest arrives, which they were not. They also did not carry my purse and jacket to the drying station until I requested it from yet another staff member, which is standard practice at every nail salon I've ever been to. 3 stars because they are very affordable, and my pedicurist actually tried to turn the situation around, but with a nail salon every 100 feet in this area, this is one I would certainly pass next time."

"They're kind and not as expensive as other places for a pedicure, but they could have been a bit more precise or clean on the Polish. Still a place I'd come back to. I wished she'd spent a little more time on the leg massage, but maybe that is partly why it's cheaper. :)"
