"I have avoided dentist offices for 13 years after a string of bad childhood experiences. After my first appointment Dr. Lavi told me I would need to have a procedure and he was very understanding. I was weirdly expecting him to be annoyed by the state of my dental health. My only regret of this experience is that I didn't come sooner. He removed the infected tooth as well as a discolored tooth in the front that I've been embarrassed about for years. And if his positive manner isn't enough, Ora the dental assistant / receptionist is a god send!
