"My appointment was scheduled for an office visit & cleaning. When I arrived I was told it was only for an office visit. However, I communicated with the office via text. I have the text message stating my appointment was for both an office visit & cleaning. The office also asked via text if I could move my appointment up twice on the same day. I’m assuming, the hygienist left for the day or there was a scheduling error. Instead, of just saying that they gave me the run around. They are all very nice just very unorganized."
