"It should be 0 stars; they try to get you some “deep cleaning” instead of the free prophylaxis to get extra money. And refuse to perform services covered by my insurance. Avoid this place at all costs!"
"I am not the type to leave bad reviews but this place is the WORST the back office great people I had work done there and my experience with Carlos was great friendly, nice and overall very welcoming. My issue was with the front office specifically with one of the receptionist name LUPE. She had the worst attitude she was very rude and didn't know how to properly explain how the treatment plan and dental care credit works I asked a couple questions and she gave me answers that were completely wrong and I know she was wrong because I contacted my insurance to confirm and sure enough she was wrong. Not only that but the place is unprofessional when i called with questions i had regarding the work i had done they would make up any excuse not to talk to me or they will answer my call and simply leave me on hold for a very long time. I will not be going back to this place and I DO NOT recommend people to come here ! Maybe If they replaced the people in the front desk it'll be alot better but the people they have currently just make it feel unwelcoming and just not the place to be at."
"I am so grateful to have found Whittier Dental Group. The staff is incredibly helpful, transparent, and welcoming. I am even more grateful for Dr. Nathan who hands down is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. He is so patient, gentle, and kind. Despite my worries, he made sure to take care of every issue I had with the upmost professionalism and care. A special shout out to Brenda and Carlos who took such amazing care of me from Day 1! I wish I could give this team more than 5 stars!"
"I definitely recommend Whittier Dental Group. I am happy that I made the change to this location. The staff is welcoming, reassuring and honest. They are also very flexible with scheduling. You don't have to wait a month to see a doctor or to reschedule."
"Completely disrespectful of people’s times. You won’t even be seen til an hour plus after your appointment time. I asked multiple times if my insurance would be taken for braces and was never given an answer after the first time the dentist said they would check. And then I had to call back and ask if they checked and was told I had to make a consult for braces appointment. I then waited an hour and half for the front desk lady to come tell me the price of the braces and I had to ask again if my insurance covered it and after all of that she immediately knew my insurance wouldn’t. Not sure why I wasn’t told the FIRST time I asked that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. What a waste of time."
