"It's okay. I've been here a few times. It's very basic there, they don't offer to blow dry/style your hair. I don't even know if they do that here to be honest. It is pretty quick here, once it's your turn you sit in the chair and they cut your hair fast and you are on your way."

"Edit: Just got a call from Ashley the manager and everything got sorted out. Very helpful and polite, the kind of service I've come to expect. At the end of the day it's just hair! The staff in the past has always been very good. I like that they store your cut in the computer and review with you before hand. Growing up in the 80s I typically got whatever cut the barber wanted to do that day! Hardly any wait time with the app, it's close to my home and very convenient when I'm doing shopping next door at Target. Just a small hiccup that prompted me to change my look up a little. I look forward to continuing coming here. Original review: I've been going here for several years and never had an issue. This week I go in for my monthly cut and get the side of my beard buzzed off. Lord I don't know why I didn't catch it there and not notice it until I got home but the side on my left is shaved bellow the ear and the other side fine. I have a lot going on right now but I did notice an electric trimmer was involved way too much for a scissor cut though. Never mentioned she did it. Maybe she though that's a good look, I don't know. I'm retired military so hair cuts are not something I get too fussed about but this is not cool. Guess I'll let it slowly grow back or shave it off all together now. New barbers every time I go in and I think the one I got this time is not cut out for the job. She mentioned she was a musician so maybe she needs to stick with that. I think I'll try another location next month or make sure I get the same barber every time. Not doing to the random new barber of the month again."

"I totally fried my hair with bleach. I needed a quick trim until I could get in to my regular hair stylist. Thankfully, there was no wait time and I was called right back. The girl gave me one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon."
