"My experience at this ulta has been great, Kacey was the one that helped me and my daughter. Having a license in makeup makes a big difference. I use lancome products only, including the absolute face creams does wonders. She helped me with the color match which I had been using the wrong color and she definitely got it right. Her knowledge in makeup is what everyone needs. I recommend Kacey for the color match, she's also a very sweet young lady she was definitely accommodating. I'm so thankful and I appreciate her."

"2/23/24 This is the second time that I have been to this location and I’ve had a horrible experience with the Customer Service. There was a woman very tall, blonde, young , kind of heavyset. I had kindly asked her if she knew where the hood of products were at I did not know that they were only at Sephora. I always only shop at Sephora, but my daughter likes to go to Ulta, so I kindly asked if she can point me in the direction with an attitude then explain to me that that is only at Sephora and to the other person she was standing next to, and said “anyways” Rolling her eyes with the biggest disgusting attitude. I felt not wanted there and very unappreciated me and my daughter still ended up spending money there but because the way she talk to me my daughter does not want to go to Ulta anymore. She’d rather go to Sephora due to that recent incident, this is a second time we had bad customer service at that location just sad ulta bakersfield do better !!!"

"I came in after work in my uniform (I’m a blue collar worker) and I was followed around the store the whole time and overheard employees being told to keep an eye on me. I was so uncomfortable that I put my items back and left. For a company that’s big on diversity and inclusivity, the employees don’t seem to hold that same value…"
