"Dr. Edalat's office never billed my insurance even though I went in for multiple cleanings. But he never told me he was not billing it. So I was surprised to have to pay each time I went but assumed it was just a copay or something. However, when I checked with my insurance they had no record of him sending bills to them so I ended up paying much more for my dental care than expected. His office also did not send my X-rays in a normal format when I requested them for a new dentist despite asking for them a few times, maybe they didn't have them stored in a normal format. The cleanings were fine so this could be a good option if you do not use dental insurance."
