"This is the second time I've had to walk out because of the dentists inconsiderate valve of my time . I had an 11:15 am appointment. Was called back to be seen although there were only two people before me . The doctor chose to take others in front of me as well . Leaving me sitting in the chair waiting for him over an hour . Until I finally walked out and left . Not to mention I dive 30 minutes to get to him . Not going back . No respect for his patients time ."

"BELIEVE THE ONE STARS! I went to this office despite being personally told he wasn’t the best dentist but I wouldn't feel any pain. I personally don’t care about bedside manners as long as the work is done correctly and Im not in pain. I went to this office for a simple cavity replacement. I was advised to get the old school silver fillings instead of the porcelain filling I had previously because he said the silver fillings last longer. I had the cavity fixed November 2nd 2023. Pain was in fact minimal but he did not floss me after which I thought was strange. Upon returning home it was extremely hard to get floss in between the teeth but I figured it would get earlier over time. It did…in fact today March 10th 2024 it broke off and fell out of my mouth after eating. I was already set on not coming back after the WORST cleaning of my life (he again didn’t floss my teeth after my cleaning) but now that Im in the Exact same position before going to him so I felt the need to warn others."

"I was recommended to see Dr. Crannon after 2 specialists informed me that my tooth was not viable and needed to be extracted. That would eventually resolve the excruciating pain and infection. Not only did Dr. Crannon save my tooth I am currently pain free. He now is my primary dentist and would not ever change that. The staff are nice and knowledgeable and I feel welcome there. If I would have listened to the other 2 dentist's I would be smiling like a jack-o-lantern right now."

I’ve been coming here since I was 16 .He also fixed my chipped tooth almost 9 years ago and it’s still in tact , you can’t tell at all even if I pointed it out.
