"Worse experience. I've been coming here for 1 yr for aligners. The ortho is only there on Thursdays. This is the second time I've made an appointment and my regular ortho was out of the office. So needless to say, I took off work myself and came to the appointment only for the ortho doctor filling in to tell me I have to wait for the doctor who's actually treating me. On top of that, no one introduces themselves, so you have no idea if you're talking to the doctor or the technician. Very unorganized. I paid cash fee for these aligners and I have an open bite where I cannot chew food properly. I asked what my next steps should be at this point, and everyone had a "deer in headlights" reaction."

"Waited an hour and a half to be seen, bedside manners were atrocious receptionist speaking Spanish to gentleman taking my dental X-rays as he rushed getting my dental shots. Already frustrated as it was never communicated to me that they were running late and there were no apologies for their tardiness. Would have atleast understood but the lack of communication just turned me off. Aseptic and standard precautions were not up to par when I saw the utensils being used to take X-rays for my mouth was laying out even touching the table. After the X-rays were taken, the assistant directed me to the exam room were he said it would be another 5-15 minutes. I sat waiting and heard a little child saying ouch and coughing and sounded like the child was very uncomfortable. As I sat waiting a gentleman with a lab count kept passing by looking in the room and I was so weirded out. 15 minutes had gone by and I just couldn’t wait any long and feeling uncomfortable I decided to leave. It was my first time there and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t waste your time here as I did."

"The procedure went well. However, the administrative office has been nightmare to deal with. Myself and my insurance (Anthem) have been trying to reach the office to correct the claim mistakes they had made, which were charging me for sedatives out of my pocket when i had four of impacted wisdom teeth removed. To top it off, my insurance received the claim without X-ray, authorization form and etc. It has been 6 months since the procedure and my insurance and myself have received no update. I still have not received my refund, my insurance never received the x ray, but the collection department and billing department who are unaware of the issue continue to call me without dealing with my insurance. I would give them zero star if i could. If you don’t wanna get hang up on their administration mess don’t go here, they really don’t care about the patients but the money."
