When it came to the drilling (having two crowns done now), he made sure I was always comfortable and didn't rush anything which I soooo need. His staff is great too. "Dr. B is truly an expert in his craft and, more importantly, someone you can trust with your health. Noticeable effort is put into the little things, like clearly outlining treatments step by step, frequently checking for patient discomfort, recalling personal details from previous visits, and actively listening to any concerns or opinions the patient may have. These little things go a long way in creating a comfortable environment with complete transparency, trust, and no room for unpleasant surprises. The treatments themselves are minimally invasive and as pain-free as possible. I usually don’t feel anything during the fillings or even during the anesthetic shots! This was not the case, at all, with previous dentists. I still tense up and start sweating in anticipation of pain due to my past experiences with other dentists, but this habit has started to subside with each passing visit to West Beach. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now. Really can’t say enough good things. You’ll feel at home here, and you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in.
