I rescheduled my appointment a few times due to anxiety about the anticipated pain and the sound of the drill. I finally got myself into the office and brought my wonderful husband along for support. I was scheduled for a crown and was told to reserve 3 hours of my time. Dr. Norris chatted with me which calmed my jangled nerves. She started drilling and quickly found that the crack was much smaller than expected. She made the executive decision to change our treatment plan and gave me a filling instead of a crown. I was out of the office in 1 hour with a smile on my face. The tooth has felt terrific and has been pain free ever since. I was so happy so I went out and bought a lottery ticket.
