Not only are the hygienist and Dr Withers masters of their craft with superior bedside manners- the front desk and finance team go above and beyond to make sure they represent their clients. My insurance company initially denied a claim which was then appealed by the finance team- with supporting documentation and thorough descriptions detailing the need for service. Not only were they successful in getting my insurance to cover (what was rightfully covered) - I was never harassed or demanded to pay in the interim. This highlights how Dr. Withers’ practice prioritizes their customers experience and is worth every penny!"

"I’m from NJ and had an emergency while visiting friends in the area. My permanent crown became dislodged. I called the office at 4:45pm and explained the situation and need to get the crowns reset. The office staff explained they were closing at 5:00, but could help me the next day. I went on for a noon appointment and was met with bite friendliest team I have ever encountered in dentistry, or any medical practice.
