"My first visit was pretty good they saw me on short notice due to tooth pain Took x-rays and saw a dentist who recommended root canal​. I went ahead and had a root canal which was done by another​ dental facility​. Of course after a root canal you need to have a crown so I tried to book an appointment with bright now​. I called four times without anyone answering and left a message twice requesting the appointment​. After a few days without a return call I tried to book the appointment online as was suggested in their answering system​. The last page of the online form stated that they would contact me shortly​. I never got a response so I went there in person to book the appointment​. Next available appointment was in 4 days and was booked for 9:00 a.m. Showed up there this morning at 9:00 a.m. for the appointment and was told sorry there's no doctor in today​. I​​ waste​d a lot of time with this whole process and the​ bottom line​?​​ I​NCOMPETENT OFFICE PERSONEL​ .You've been warned​."

"I have been coming to this office since 2010, I must say that my experience here has been exceptional. My experience with Dr. Edmundo Perfecto has been top notch. He is very competent and honest, he does not try to sell me any unnecessary services like other offices in the past. Norlito his assistant is also excellent. Customer service is very friendly and informative. But I have to give my props to Lilly since I have visited this office since 2010 I have never seen a more diligent office staff member than her. I once saw a rude and angry customer throw her medical file at her because the insurance denied her services. Lilly kept her composure and was very professional. On another occasion another angry customer gave her the middle finger and call her the b word but Lilly did not stoop to their level and went about her business in a professional manner. Please give Lilly a raise because she deserves it. I highly recommend this office to everyone looking for an honest dental office."

"Front desk behavior was highly rude and disrespectful, as they seemed to arbitrarily decide who to serve first. Despite signing in at 2:15 for my scheduled 3PM appointment, I was still left waiting until 4:00PM. I would not recommend this place if you prioritize efficiency and professionalism."

"Great dentist have used for many years. Love the staff. The dental work you’ll get there you won’t regret. They do great cleaning, and every dental work I’ve had there especially my root canal have been the best. No infections or bad work that’s needs to be redone like other dentists I have had in the past. The doctor is well experienced and knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend.."
