"Ashley the office manager was amazing she went over everthing and I So I got a denture made for my uppers. And another doctor seen me after they gave me the dentist and said they were not fitting properly so I have asked them to do a reline which they did. But they still didn't feel properly so I asked them to make me another set They gave me a Excuse me I said my lower teeth need to be removed and another denture was to be made or otherwise my top denture wouldn't fit All in all they just didn't want to make me a new set of interest. Out of their pocket so I will never go back there and I recommend to anybody going there that this is not the place to go"

"I don’t have much time to make many online reviews because I am either fighting for my life with my painful chronic illness OR fighting tooth and nail for every penny taken away from me from the government. I have to say though that Lawndale Dental Group is a breath of fresh air. I don’t know where to begin because there have been so far so many great things about this group. They’re a new and upcoming group of younger people comprising of dentists, hygienists, and front desk personnel. The lady that greeted me was Ashley and I had met Dr. Stacy at that time up front as well. Very friendly, welcoming, hospitable. When they took me back, the dentist explained to me very clearly and in a detailed fashion. They even showed me a video of what an onlay procedure looks like for my teeth. But it doesn’t stop there. They gave me such an impeccable deal with the procedures and teeth cleaning services that I put my money down for that day. I was nervous for the onlay procedure, but she gave me two numbing treatments, did not feel a thing. And the temporary tooth that I must deal with for three weeks feels like a normal tooth which I can floss with, eat some chips with, everything! They also did a fantastic job teeth cleaning and giving me a stronger fluoride treatment for my teeth in comparison to that old version one where you are biting down and then must spit out. I believe this group is pretty intellectually flexible too because not only to they give good deals, but they also allow like a 15-30 minute grace period because they fully empathize that life happens and that there is a ton of traffic. Also, when you have chronic painful illness, you are not able to get to places as quickly as the average physically healthy person. I don’t understand how other groups can mistreat you so poorly and still look at themselves in the mirror. I keep warning them that they are going to lose clients especially when groups like this move into the spotlight. I am so happy to be one of Lawndale Dental Group’s “pioneer” clients and I now recommend this group enthusiastically without reservation. Keep continuing to do what you guys are doing! Some important tips to consider when evaluating groups while reading online reviews: -do not be deceived by the tactics used by groups to get more favorable reviews while eliminating the negative ones. The negative ones ALWAYS have truth to what they are saying, and folks are taking the time to write them for a reason. Do not discount them. -never believe the lies that some of those doctors tell you that “there’s nothing better out there”, “we’re the best we’ve got in private practice, and you won’t get the quality care if you go elsewhere” (Lies). -don’t stay with doctors that talk and brag about their family members to you all the time (narcissists- no matter how popular they are- I’ve been warned (after the fact) that narcissists have mastered the “popularity” game. -don’t ever stay with doctors that cut you off and change the subject on you, no matter how well they do it -if you feel that something is not adding up, trust your first gut instinct. It usually means that there is something wrong with that professional. Don’t give them your business -don’t stay with groups that won’t allow grace periods to get to their office- never again. Don’t settle for mediocre- or just plain abusive groups. -it is worth putting the time and effort to keep searching for the good ones out there, because you will eventually find that they are out there. Use google searches to your advantage. That’s what the internet is for. -also, stay away from review websites that only post your positive reviews and not the negative ones like "healthgrades" and "caredash" to name a few. Care dash is also unethical in that they are always editing your reviews"
