"My daughter had sensitive teeth and after treatment they recommended veneers. I paid $12,000 + $300 for a retainer and $150 for the frenum closer. My daughter still had issues and then they said the veneers were not done correctly. They said that dentist no longer worked there and they asked to be given a chance to redo them for $9000 and a free teeth cleaning for me (which I never used, I have my own dentist). After that a few months later one of her veneers came out on a top front tooth. This time I went to another dentist and they gave me a letter stating the work was not done properly. I contacted them to ask for a refund. I was told the manager would call me back and that never happened. I have continued to contact them by phone and email asking for a full refund and nobody will return my call. The work was done on the top and bottom each time. I also found out they did several root canals for no reason. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! This business is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau."

"This place is horrible!! I went to them for a few years before I finally decided to never go back again. Every time I went in for my regular cleaning I would go home with a huge bill of work that was needed to get done according to them and as always I just had them do it. Until the last time I was there, their sales person is extremely pushy and almost makes you feel guilty for not doing the services they recommend. I ended up paying for a super expensive mouthguard and I never even picked up because I was so done with this place. I had a filling that fell off days after their service. And every time I went they kept up selling and very rare was it kept to a minimum. I will never ever come back nor recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and energy."
