"I’ve came here before & have had a great experience with Tanesha. However, I visited today & was extremely disappointed. While I was waiting a patient came back in & asked the Dr some questions & as soon as the patient left the woman at the front desk started making faces in response to the patients questions. I waited a total of 2.5 hours & just got X-Rays done. I was tired & started tearing up because of how much I wanted the appointment to be over. I had some questions regarding why I was recommended a service & as soon as the dentist left I heard him say “she was rude”. I asked a colleague of his if he called me rude but she said I misheard. While I was asking what I was signing & if my procedure would even be done today because they were closing, I heard the women at the front desk say “makes me want to cry too” & they started laughing. I was super frustrated & just rescheduled but I’m not going back there. Not all of the employees were that way, there were some sweet ones there but not enough for me to continue service there."
