"This place is highly disappointing. Managed by incompetent individuals, I experienced an excessively long wait for my insurance to be confirmed for dental services. Despite conducting a diagnostic test, they failed to submit a request to my insurance for a follow-up appointment, only addressing the diagnostic charges. I found myself mediating between the insurance and the clinic to facilitate their communication. A month has passed without any treatment. I advise against wasting your time here due to their lack of professionalism."
