"The dental office is close to my home and that's why I decided to pay them a visit since they have high rating (after taking a closer look though, most reviewers have less than 10 reviews, so there must have been some incentive given in return?) The office and staff appeared nice, the energy in there was not relaxed at all. The office tour was rushed, not necessary and weirdly awkward. I've been to many dentists and have many procedures done. I don't know why so many x-rays are needed for an initial checkup. The dentist was extremely judgmental which was a new experience for me as I've never in my life encountered such an attitude from a supposedly professional caregiver. This may be because I told them I didn't have dental insurance, which I did. The staff said they'd follow up, didn't hear nothing which is fine as I wasn't planning to go back but that sure says a lot about this establishment though"
