"My husband and I stopped by the store and talked with someone about quartz counter tops in our kitchen. She was great and the sales person came to see us pretty quick after our visit to the store. The installation guys were very nice and worked hard to finish i one day. But before they left, I brought their attention to the seam on the counter. The edges of each price making the seem were jagged, not smooth and it was very noticeable. They told me the glue dries quick and that’s what caused it. I reached out to granite transformations and after 2-3 weeks they sent out someone to look and see what could be done. He smoothed most of it out and applied a new glue. He said the edges should have been smoothed during the installation but weren’t and there was a slight difference in height causing him to have a wedged area to fill. I got him to come back in once to try and fix it better. After he left i turned off the light and noticed a smear of the glue around the seam and i noticed the caulking had holes in it on the back splash. I’ve called and they said they would send someone out but it’s been weeks now and none has came. Here are some pictures starting with the jagged edge and then the smeared glue and the caulk in the backsplash . I hope to do a good update soon. We’ll see. Update on counter top It took a few weeks but they did send someone out to my house to fix the seam and fill the cracks in the backsplash. It’s better. I’m changing my review from a 3 stars to 4 stars."
