"It’s ghetto fubulous. They won’t take anything with any pet hair they say it’s due to allergies. Um the thrift stores takes clothes with pet hair and removes. These people are just lazy. Good luck if you have pets. Don’t go here."

"I had a wonderful experience with this Plato’s Closet location! I am moving out of state soon & brought several bags of clothes, shoes, & purses. I made two trips about a week apart. For the first trip my items were sorted through in about 25 minutes and I was happy with sale. I tried to make sure to bring in new/gently used items that were in season. My second trip I brought in two more big bags and they were very busy so they stated they would call once the items were sorted through and they did a couple of hours later and again, I was happy with the sale. The owner of the store & sales associate were both very friendly and personable. Excellent customer service!"

"Do NOT shop here unless you want to be scammed! Found a pair of knee high boots and fell in love with them. In the store they had signs all over saying things with clearance stickers are marked down 70% off today. This pair of knee high boots clearly had a clearance sticker on the bottoms of the boots. When I got to the counter the lady quite literally took the clearance sticker off the boots and told me they weren’t on clearance. Like WTH?? I bought the boots anyway only because I LOVE them but I feel like I just royally got scammed. Whoever the owner is might want to let that crew go and hire some new people. They are very rude and VERY unprofessional. My mind is pretty blown right now!"

"Camera facing inside the change rooms… don’t use their change rooms unless you’re okay with your privacy being exposed. This picture was taken from the mirror… I’ve heard horror stories about this situation, and this is the first time actually encountering this. Extremely uncomfortable. Disgusted."
