"Previously, this would have been 5 stars, now I wish I could give zero. I had purchased scrubs from them twice. Great experience buying them, very helpful. They special ordered for me both times. I never felt pressured. However, I will never shop there again. The most recent uniforms I purchased where for a school program, I had no use for them outside of that. When I decided the course wouldn't be a fit for me, I wanted to return the nearly $150 in scrubs. All the tags were still on, unwashed, unworn, no customizations. I was still in my return window as well. I called and asked how to start a return. They asked for a receipt. I did not have it, but all 3 sets were special ordered, so they very clearly have record of me buying them on file. Despite them seeing I was still in my return window. They refused the return. Stating return policy. Their return policy on their website says NOTHING about needing your receipt. Now I understand if I had bought stuff off the shelf, so they had no proof when or what I purchased... but they have an exact record of what I purchased. There is absolutely zero excuse for this poor of customer service. Here is their return policy copy and pasted. "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. If the item has been worn or washed or has been customized in any of the following ways: with emblems, altered; silkscreen or embroidery please call us to advise us of the return and the reason for the return. Depending on the nature of the return a small service charge may be applied to your return.""
