"I visited Memphis this January and took a carriage ride with Shannon. She was the absolute sweetest. I enjoyed learning the unique history of Memphis while touring the city. She took us through the gorgeous parks and bluffs of downtown. She knew the perfect spot to show us the spectacular bridge lights. "We encourage people that come to town, not to ride the carriages. And the reason why is mostly because they don’t clean up after their selves, and it creates a huge burden for downtown businesses. Not only that, but people track the horse manure in their car, in restaurants or onto the trolleys, and it creates a huge issue with people on the trolleys having to clean them because they start stinking so bad early in the morning all in all, this company creates a huge burden for the city, and does very little to clean up after themselves"

"Our carriage ride was absolutely perfect. Our driver was excellent and very friendly. This was be far my favorite thing to do in the city. We chose a time right before sunset and it was perfect timing to see the sunset by the river.(15-30 mins before sunset)"
