"If I could give zero stars I would, this is the WORST Walmart location. The customer service is horrible, I put a order in to have it delivered to my home on a Sunday and receive a message that the order is delayed and gives me the option to pick the order up between 7am and 8am. I get here at 7:15 and here it is 8:00 and I've already had the wrong order put in my trunk because no one verified who I was. And now I'm waiting for my order while employees stand in front of automatic doors talking. This is ridiculous, THIS is why I spend more and go elsewhere!!!!! Something needs to be done about this!!!"
"I was bullied and harassed by these two “security officers.” The one with the beard responded to a customer falling near the self checkout lines. As he came over I said something: “I hope she’s okay, I hope Walmart gets sued!” To that, he ran up on me and started yelling “WHAT YOU SAY?? WHAT YOU SAY??” as if he was a hoodlum and not a security officer. I have no idea why he took such offense to a remark I made to lighten the mood for the injured girl…it’s not like I said he himself should be sued. In response to his aggressive “WHAT YOU SAY???,” I gave him the silent treatment which upset him more. He persisted. Once he got belligerent and walked up on me closer, I finally responded and told him with a shaking voice that he wasn’t my father and needed to walk away. When my mom finally came back over to checkout from grabbing an extra item, he left of course because bullies back down when they see they can’t win. He then went over to his older buddy that’s pictured to talk about me and said something was “wrong with her (me).” What a projection…. Walmart used to have customer service. Now, instead of having greeters at the door, they have “security officers” with chairs to post up at the front door and mug people as they walk in. THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE A SUSPECTED THIEF, which is so annoying and offensive. They talk bad to customers and have the worst attitudes on planet earth. I was born and raised in East Memphis and have been coming to this Walmart since it was opened (I remember when the supercenter Walmart was on E Shelby Drive, where the neighborhood Walmart next to Roses is now). But I won’t be back to Walmart, any location. The ghetto, unprofessional “security officers” and ratchet employees can have this place. Walmart had its hay day but it’s dead now. It’s trash. It’s miserable in there. Catch me at Target. Oh and I was told by the older “security officer” I’d be taken to jail for taking these pictures too. Imagine threatening someone with jail over photos. Disgusting."
"Shopping is good had everything I need to cook and check out was fast"
"My visit was mixed. My shopping went well but the property and store were trashed. Carts EVERYWHERE! customers can't return them to a cart rack only feet away but... the worst part was watching a walmart employee show up for their shift... move a cart that was in a spot they wanted into the travel lane then park their car... and go inside.. leaving the cart along with the other 5 or 6 just in the way of parking spots.. how lazy. There was barley any room for Truckers to come park and shop but on the side of the building i found a spot.. be careful as the parking lot is incredibly busy."
"Was a bigger supercenter than many others I have been to in the past, and I have been to many. This store was sectioned off more so than most these days, which cam be good and bad. I thought the produce section was pretty decent and overall had a good variety. The stock was pretty full considering it was a day after memorial day. I thought it was pretty clean and organized, especially for being an older store. I will be back and get a few things I can't get at my local store."
