"These folks sent me emails and texts that I was overdue for an exam, which I was. I intended to make an appointment, but just never got around to it. Then, they start texting me that I had an appointment coming up that apparently was made on my behalf by the clinic. I never responded and the appointment has come and gone. This is shady business practice and I will be finding a new eye clinic."

"This place is THE WORST. The doctor acted like everything I said meant nothing. She practically scoffed at me when I would tell her what was going wrong with me. She told me nothing was wrong with my eyes and that I could see fine, and I kept telling her seeing wasn't my problem, I can see fine, it HURTS to see tho. My eyes hurt all the time and there is constant pressure behind them. She insisted nothing was wrong with me. I finally went to a second doctor who discovered I am farsighted and need bifocals. I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all."
