"This man works alone and does not care how he speaks to his customers. I’ve been a customer for a little over a year and EVERY-TIME I call to pay my bill he tells me he is busy and i need to call back at his convenience. I asked why he doesn’t hire help because he obviously needs it and he was just rude and disrespectful. I will be cancelling my policy and trying to spread awareness on what a prick this man is!!! He shouldn’t be working in customer service let alone be able to run his own business."

"Kevin is super knowledgeable and always answers ALL my questions in a timely manner. I’ve used him for about 8-9 years and never experienced an issue. He’s very honest and knows his stuff. He also gets me the best rates and is willing to accommodate for electronic signatures through Progressive since I moved out of NEA but still reside in Arkansas. He’s great!"
