"Always ran late on appointments. My daughter has anxiety when it came to going to the orthodontist and even the dentist for that fact, the (old) didn’t not have good manners with that was glad she left, new doctor was a little better but not much. Last appointment basically told my child to be quiet and deal with it. She doesn’t like the water being sprayed in her mouth and prefers to go to sink get water to rinse, has never been an issue, this doctor wouldn’t let her. Thankfully this was her last visit. She got her braces off. She will have to have braces again, for phase 2, when the rest of her baby teeth fall out but we will not return to Westrock."

"We got here 3 minutes late after i tried calling to let them know i was going to be a little late they didnt answer my call. and they didnt want to attend us, and rescheduled her appointment a month later. And gave my daughter a excuse to go back to school that same day. We drove a little over a half an hour. All at the paragould office."
