Travelennium

"Worked with travelenium to book a trip for Jamaica earlier this year. Our trip was canceled due to COVID. We had a hiccup with the company travelenium used to book our trip ( fun jet) Mike worked diligently to get out vouchers which to back and forth with fun jet for 11 1/2 months. My friend and I did not get the insurance, we were told if we canceled we would just get a voucher instead of money and I was ok with that since I knew I would be taking a trip regardless. My other friend bought insurance. She had a hard time and had to wait months to get. However she did get her money even tho it took a while. Fun jet kept changing their answers and giving the run around and after research it seems that they do this a lot. Mike worked diligently and we recently received our vouchers to use. Travelenium is great but if you can I would ask then not to use funjet especially since they have a 1.9 rating"
