"This office has a home feeling to it. You can tell the staff works well together and communicates! The treatment coordinator Rosalyn was very friendly, funny, and overall just helpful. The hygienist Hector is welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to cleaning teeth. I’ve followed him from another office since he does such great work. Todays visit I went in wanting an exam and the doctor was knowledgeable and let me know exactly what steps I need to take next. It was sincere and honest. Also overheard a patient upset about her crown and Dr. offered to stay after hours to make sure she was comfortable. Makes the biggest difference."

"The dentist took exceptional care of my teeth. The problem is with the billing office!!! I would give the practice a 1 star review based on the billing staff alone. Do not call patients demanding payment when you have not even filed a claim with insurance yet! I called back a few weeks later and learned the billing staff were still not filing my claims correctly. I received a text today requesting payment from the practice, but when I checked both of my insurance companies show that zero claims were filed!!! What is going on?!"
