"Very poor service when it comes to answering their phone, often takes multiple attempts to call and get to someone. Also refuses to provide any emergency pain medication without prior appointment. Communication is decent but definitely needs improvement with their patients regarding specific subject's."
"I had an appointment with Dr Hollis. But the morning of the appointment was called and told Dr didn't have right paper work I told them I had the paperwork but they assured me it wasn't right. So I called Little Rock they verified I have all the paperwork I need so I called Dr. Hollis office back to let them know this. Then I am told he was going to a clinic to learn more about it (medical marijuana) so i called Little Rock again there is not clinics to go to so I called back and let them know that then I am told Dr Hollis just doesn't want to take another pt. After 3 different lies I won't go to him. He lost me as a patient I am going to Jonesboro. I guess I should thank Dr Hollis for refusing to see me. And cancelling my appointment cause he could have took my money then refused to sign my doctor's paper so for that I thank you!"
