"Today I stopped by this establishment looking to purchase an outdoor fan, it was later in the day close to closing. I was not aware it was so close to closing however I was immediately told, the store is closing in 5 minutes, how can I help you? I understand that stores close and by no means was I trying to window shop however the tone and the delivery was poor at best. I was looking for a specific brand of fan as I had seen it at the store before, (I thought it was a 72 inch fan) I did not have the model number but I was turned off by the customer service as the sales person was dismissive and short as I did not have the model or part number and it was 5 minutes to closing. HOWEVER I know they sell the brand of fan as this is where I fell in love with the fan (picture attached) and they have catalogs to look through. Due to the rude nature of the sales person I just wanted out of the store, as I was told more that two times that the store was closing in five minutes. If the gentleman had any patience with me I could have looked up the model and part number on my phone as I had a picture of it in my phone, from their store. I could not get out of there fast enough since the sales person didn’t have the patience to work with me…why would I want to give you the sale? I had to be in the store at least 4 minutes and by the time I got back into my car it was 4:56pm. The crazy part of it is that this would be my second time purchasing the same fan as I purchased it online and I wanted to go to a brick and mortar store due to my previous experience. I will never go back to this store as people want a positive purchasing experience. All I can say is DO BETTER, this is why folks purchase online. I just hope my online experience is better than my last."

"We went in to see if they had something that would work for our kitchen island. They did, it was in our price range, and unique from anything I had found online. It was even in stock, so we were able to take it home with us. It works perfectly in our kitchen and we love how easy it was to install."

"Went to help my sister pick lighting for her new house, which was so much fun! Selection was incredible and I even went home with my own new fixture for dining room. Love it!!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory and the prices offered to whole house projects with a builder. Yes, you can find less expensive lighting but from my experience, the less expensive lights I found on-line were cheap looking. The quality and appearance didn’t match what I saw at Seth’s. I had ordered on-line for some lights because they looked great on the internet. When I opened the boxes....I had three deliveries, I was terribly disappointed! The three orders were over $1200 for 3 kitchen pendants, a foyer pendant and a chandelier for my dining room. On top of that, beware of when on-line companies say FREE SHIPPING, that MAY not apply to returns!!! I am losing money to return them....ughhh My face lit up immediately as I walked in the door. To see fixtures that were not flimsy or made from what appears to be paper mache metal, plastic for crystals, etc. was exciting! I felt like a kid in a candy store. The employees were very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to hear from them for my project!"
