"What a cool story I have : I have been terrified of the dentist for years and years . Partially because my teeth were in terrible shape and I have had some bad experiences. One of my teeth under my bridge had broken and I knew it was time to really make a long term plan for my overall health . I went to one dentist and it was not a good fit . I can home and in the mail was a flyer from Swiss Dental and it was a sign . So I called and woman who answered the phone (Robyn sounded so nice and was so helpful) . When I came in for my first consultation everyone was kind , professional and genuinely seemed so happy to work there I fully trusted the Doctors treatment plan . From start to finish this process has been really great . I’m so happy I made that call that day ! And now I have a beautiful New Smile and can properly eat again !! Thank Doctor Philips and all the magic people that work there ."

"I went to this office in February of this year and decided to go ahead and get dentures which I thought was included in the almost $9000 that I paid. It was devastating to learn it was only a set of temporary dentures. I asked when I signed and got the credit line to pay if it included a new set after the 6 months and was told yes. All that Dr. Phillis had to say was didn't you read the fine print. The lower denture did not fit at all I I complained numerous times when I went in. It was no until after I wrote a complaint letter that she decided to replace the lower denture with a temporary one that fit my mouth. In July I was told she decided to re-do the set of temporary dentures. In October I was supposed to get them delivered. I got a call they were not ready yet. Now we are up do 16 appointments with alot of wages lost and I still do not have the ability to get through a meal due to the ill fitting bottom denture. It was not until I threatened to sue that all of the sudden they can expedite the case and skipped the final fitting. I did not return the calls as I had had enough! I then got a final voicemail that they were going to mail the dentures with a signature required and I would have to call for a fitting. That was November 20,2023. I am not surprised they never arrived. Through out this experience they tried to get me to invest more money. This is the worst experience I ever had with a dentist. I do not recommend as all they care about is money! Just to confirm I received another set of dentures via mail yesterday like you stated. What a joke same problem. Mind you I started the process in March and I stopped coming in October when you had to reschedule me since the dentures were not ready. I expressed how unhappy I was. You didn't rush the order until I threatened with suing."

"I have to say I am happy with my final dentures! My first procedure began in February with plenty of healing time before the final set, delivered in November. I found the whole team ,led by Dr.Phillips so helpful and kind. Such a contrast to past dentists. I went to large family gathering last week and enjoyed eating and smiling the whole weekend.
