"If you live check to check like me don’t bother scheduling with them. Appointments are super far out and if you have any kind of balance you can’t make an appointment to have critical work done. Just called the office to schedule follow up for the crown i still need because my husband paid off the balance I was unable to pay. I had a baby this year and spent weeks in the hospital with health issues. I work at Cal Poly and haven’t had a raise in 6 years. I live check to check and they told me they wouldnt schedule an appt for me unless I gave them a $50 deposit. Like I said, I live check to check. Oh and it’s Christmas time. And I only get paid once a month on the 1st. Switching right now."
