"I’ve been in my home for almost 19 months and have had the same cabinet and island issues. I am blown off repeatedly and keep being told that the service man will contact me. No one ever contacts me. My island is missing pieces and is badly scuffed. One of their guys came out and colored it with a permanent marker, making the appearance worse. I’ve sent my cabinet doors twice for peeling and they keep them for months at a time. The bathroom cabinets are peeling badly and I keep being told that a serviceman will repair this. Nothing has been done to resolve this. This situation is very disheartening."

"I have called for 2 1/2 months being told they don't have salesman or they don't know why salesman haven't called. Got the owner on the phone only to get a lady who wasn't concerned and made it like they have so much business that they don't need mine. All we needed was a 2 bathroom vanities made. This place deserves to go out oof business and move to memphis tn! GET OUT OF SOUTHAVEN AND DESOTO COUNTY! YOUR A DISGRACE TO SERVICE AND CUSTOM BUILDING! IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS DONT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Today is the day workers are starting on repainting all the cabinets that Garrison installed 2.5 years ago. It will cost us $6000. Within a year we had the same issues others have posted. Cracking paint mainly on the joints on the top of the doors. We also got the same response: it’s our fault , water damage even though the cracks were in the same locations on different cabinets. My contractor tried to work this out with Garrison but they blew us off. Don’t Waste your money."

"The brand new cabinets began cracking and flaking in less than a month. We called them to uphold the warranty and they agreed it was a flaw on their end. They came and replaced all the doors and when it came time to replace the cabinets they decided it was water damage (most of the places weren’t near a water source). I’ve been back and forth with them for a while now and gave them plenty of time to make it right. The owner of the company even said their must be a mistake and would reinspect. This never happened. Don’t waste your time or money on this company."

"So my mom died on Jan 31st and I moved in after she past and busted a cabinet door made by Garrison Cabinets brought the door in there and was told that they were just way to busy to do anything but the receptionist said she'd call me after she talked to the owner. Well next morning she said that he said nope there too busy. So I go to pick up door,and after talking to another cabinet maker he said to ask if they could replace maybe without stain or see if I can find out the color and brand to try and keep the door out of the 300 dollar range! So when I asked this lady at the front starts with the "we don't know that"and the "new guy will figure it out!!" I mean she never made a call to a actual carpenter or anyone!! Don't get me wrong my Cabinets are beautiful and I bet the work they do is great,but to not help a existing customer,worst customer service I've had in a long time!! It was a horrible experience and I hope others in my neighborhood don't ever have a problem with their Cabinets!!!"
