"Always helped me when in need. Straight forward and gives honest opinions on help for my situations or illness. Will always use him for my medical needs."
"Can’t say enough good things about Randy. He’s is incredibly kind and empathetic!! The staff here is also really nice and patient. If you’re in need of care, head here and you’ll feel better in no time."
"Randy is the best! The staff is amazing! When I’m feeling sick, I refuse to go anywhere else. I know I’m in good hands!"
"Best facility in town, my husband and son had both been seen at another facility and diagnosed with strep, at the other facility they were given inadequate antibiotics to treat the strep. The doctor and staff and Portland Family care are simply amazing. The doctor took the time to explain everything and properly dose them with the correct meds. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing medical attention."
"I should had read more of the reviews!! I am new to the area and have been sick for the last few days, it got to a point I needed something, anything to help. So I get there,(12:10pm) front desk was lady I worked specifically with, Christy, was wonderful. Unfortunately it was an hour estimated wait. Which became more like two. Which I decided to stay in my car, in respect to those around me. I then get in the back, (2:05pm) and felt due to being self pay, and through casual bantering about jobs, I was judged by this assumption as to what my income is and what I can afford. That definitely rubbed me wrong, wether it was intended or not. To then see the doctor who did almost nothing but check my temp, listen to my lungs, feel my neck, and say it’s probably covid. And that the test is pricy here and it’s more effective to purchase one elsewhere. I was given one medication (nausea) to which I knew wasn’t going to help. Charged me $150 and out the door (2:37pm) no better then when I arrived and with no aid to a large problem. Also took my test, it was negative for covid. Based off my own studies also learned from my father who was a MA (Medical Assistant) for years, I more than likely have a sinus infection. Which was also stated upon seeing the doctor. Antibiotics would had done me more good then anti-nausea medication. But hey, you’re who we pay to trust that our best health and wellness is of most concern. Go burn your money somewhere where they at least act like they care and give you SOMETHING."
