"I would not recommend this place to anyone, I went a month without my blood pressure pills. Because, I had to get a physical first to get my medicine. I took some of my old blood pressure pills till, I went back with bad side effects it was awful. Then when, I did go back all they gave me was a month supply. I will never go through that again with any doctors office."

"It is a shame that I'm going to have to go into the office to receive referral information for ENT. I have been waiting for an entire month for this referral. I've left 2 messages for a call back because you can't get through to anyone. I even reached out to my insurance to see if they could assist and they had same issue, can't get through. The insurance agent offered to assist with finding another primary care. I really liked coming to this office but my last customer experience was very disappointing. Still having issues with my throat and ears. I hope this review will be used as a process improvement to assist with change within your business."

"I actually like the doctor. I like the people working there. Problem is, can't get anyone on the phone. Pharmacy says they've sent in refill requests, but no reply?? Can't get a hold of anyone for anything, and to be honest I don't want to have to go in and risk getting sick when I'm presently just wanting Dad's refills. I don't blame the people, I think they're understaffed. But I would imagine the big medical group could probably pay enough for more employees, so the work could get done in a timely manner. Shoot, a few weeks back we waited hours to be seen because the poor doc was the only one in. That doesn't seem okay. An overworked doctor cannot give his best diagnosis. Overworked nurses can't give their best m people aren't machines. And all that on top of *I can never get anyone on the phone.* How can I get meds if the pharmacy can't even get a hold of anyone? :( I dunno, this seems to be going badly for everyone and I feel like someone higher up could probably do something."

"I have always went to this clinic for years when I have been sick and with my broken foot to knee issues. And, they have always made sure to get to the bottom of the problem and help the patient get better and if they can't then they refer you on to a specialist. I trust them as they never have let me down. Just Thankful to Have a Clinic With Such a Caring Medical Staff!"

I had some concerns and she never rushed me and addressed each one with a next step approach. I’ve had insurance issues that they have handled seamlessly as well. Lisa is an excellent nurse and makes you feel like family. I’m beyond thankful for this group and their down home loving approach to their patients. I always feel cared for and cared about when leaving."
