"Although the Physicians here are very nice I was referred some place that made the issue worse. I'm on FMLA from work but they will not fill out the paperwork even though they were the first person to see me everybody's passing the the buck nobody wants to fill out the paperwork but they sure want their money. The referral they gave me made the condition worse causing me to have to see additional doctors. If you can't stand behind your referrals and why bother referring them"
"I went there in February 2024 the only thing they did was a flu and covid test and check my ear and temp and I guess that's all they can do there they sent me home told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol and I continued to be very sick I went to the hospital a day or 2 later to find out I had pneumonia and a ear infection and the face pace looked at my ear 1 or 2 days before and the hospital said the benzonatate they gave me for cough was the fastest way to develop pneumonia as I had the flu a week and half before this all I can say is please find a place that isn't negligent in their practice to take yourself or your children. I've very grateful that the Tristar portland has doctors who actually care to try and do a good job and do their due diligence and don't just send people home to get worse"
"Terrible. The dr. never even came into the room and talked to me. Waited 2 hours. Left without even a piece of paperwork. Was told it may be "too early to test" for Covid. This whole place is a sham"
"We love our local fast pace, all of the doctors and nurses are always great with my kids and it’s convenient for us since we live right around the corner from the clinic rather than always having to drive to my children’s pediatrician office! We are usually in and out pretty quickly, I’ve never had any complaints!"
