"I was seen at this center last October and was over charged at the time of service. I told the person behind the desk that I would not owe that amount however was still asked to pay it. Today is Feb. 29, 2024 and I still have not received the refund for the overpayment brought to their attention last Nov. '23. I have called numerous times only to be told they don't show the payment even though I sent them copies of the receipt and the insurance settlement as proof in Nov '23. Rdi partners does not seem to have it all together where billing is concerned and it is daunting trying to find a solution that results in them refunding your overpayment. I will never use this company anymore and if you value your money you wont either."

"I had an appointment on December 21, and I received a call from Clarksville Imagine; they left a message on my phone saying they would be closed due to the weather and left a broken number. So I called them back (from the number I had looked up) but got no answer! I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and left messages for them to call me back. No Luck!! My wife had an appointment on Friday, so I asked her to try to make an appointment for me because they didn't call me back, so she made the appointment and told me that the lady at the front desk was vulgar. (she was an older lady with black hair ) The day before my appointment I went to ask them if they could also do my head at the same time as my chest ( the same lady at the front) told me that she couldn't do that because she had the Oder. I'm a disabled Veteran, and the VA had already faxed the order. She said that she didn't have time to look up the order. I asked again with no luck. So, I called the VA and explained what I encountered with them. They would document in the files if I still want to get back to them! I replied Hell No!!! So the VA set me up with Tennova. I never go back to Clarksville Imaging!!!"

"To simply put it….. just plan rude people. The imaging tech just called me and I even had to ask her not to be rude to me when I asked why I can’t be seen there……. Her reply “because I can’t”. Her attitude ended up changing once I confronted her about her tone. So now I’m having to reschedule elsewhere. Simply rude"

"I am highly claustrophobic and hate having MRIs. Big machine! Shelly who took the images was awesome. She was encouraging- checked in with me after every image was complete, and played music I like so I was able to make it through with very little stress. Thank you!"

"Super nice and helpful. Was pleased after the reviews have read. Went since have open MRI. Ask was told they are under new management and have been for awhile. Bonus got both test done for copay of one at Hospital."
