"Received a call today regarding a balance owed from 2022. I let the employee know that I had not received any of the bills that she mentioned had been sent out or I would have paid towards the balance. She mentioned that they had multiple times and had let messages which I let her know I did not received the voicemails. Immediately she says "that's not true its written in the note" I get people have jobs to do and maybe the notes state that message were left just to go on to the next and call it "done" but as i told her I did not receive any messages. The employee already had an attitude so we ended the call and I let her know i would be in Monday 1/29/24. At this point she thought she had hung up the phone but in fact did not and proceeded to speak with the other ladies in the office going through the phone call we just had. All of them had little comments to make and one employee in the mist of the conversation calls me a bit**. When I was able to go to the clinic I loved going and thought everyone was super nice, now I know how they talk about patients behind closed doors. So if you go here just know their kindness is fake. I ended up hanging up the call on my end. I immediately called back and left a message letting them know I made a payment online and to next time make sure they actually hang up the phone before proceeding to speak behind patients back and call them names. Wrong women acting like teenagers, so sad. Wont mention any names but its the ladies behind the reception desk that check you in and take your payments."

I didn’t really know what to expect with allergy testing, but all of my questions were answered and I felt completely at ease. Dr. Stribling took the time to go over my results with me thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this clinic!"

"Dr. Belleau is my allergist and he is awesome. although i have been seeing him for years, he intently listens to concerns as if it's a first visit. He has a great bed side manner. The other Dr.s seem really nice and approachable as well. I can not say enough about the nurses and office staff. They are genuine, warm, welcoming and super friendly."
