You leave a message and no one returns your call. They give you another number to call if it's an emergency. No one answers that phone either. It is very frustrating experience."

"I made an appointment last week, it was scheduled for sat 10/08 at 11:00 Am , I arrived at 10:56 and was giving a questionnaire to fill out as it was my first visit there. There's a gentleman that walks in with a missing tooth. He goes in at 11:00 and Im kept waiting for half an hour. When I do go in they tell me that they cant see me because they don't have my insurance information dye to being the weekend. Not once was I asked my insurance information when I set the appointment!!!! I wasted my morning because of the negligence of this office."
