"We’ve had nothing but the best care here from the front desk all the way to the dismissal. We can start with Cynthia, she took her time explains A to Z the billing part of the procedure always keeping a conversation going oath my nine year old making her feel so relaxed and comfortable, Cynthia knows the job in and out and still takes the time to be personal and sweet. Pedro! Oh God bless him! The patience and kindness definitely goes above and beyond he was attentive and explained every single step always making sure my daughter understood the ins and out and answering all her questions! Honestly these people are just super sweet!"

"After making an appointment, I had to wait for 45 mins before receiving any service. And even after explicitly mentioning to want services only covered by my insurance they billed me amount not covered by insurance! I would never trust Western Dental again, will never go here!"

"Very nasty looking X-ray device, had to cancel appointment before X-ray, Equipment is obviously unsanitary. Be cautious of these things.. unfortunately I have to go somewhere else to protect health. The equipment should be evaluated by health officials."

"For blossom hill location . Extremely poorly run office. Son was having issues after wisdom tooth removal. Tried calling all day long and no one answered phone. Corporate “customer service” could not reach them either but did make an appointment for my son for 2 days later. He shows up and there’s no receptionist to check people in and a waiting room full of patients. He was told they’d call him back when (if) they figure out what to do. Giving one star because they accept son’s insurance and one because the dentist seemed competent. But the inability to provide follow up care after a procedure is a no-go for future visits."

"Unfortunately my first time will be the last time with Western. I arrive (granted 4 minutes past my scheduled appointment) and am assisted, and wait in a full lobby,. Just under an hour goes by and everyone essentially had been taken back. They call me up to tell be that they have to cancel my appointment due to being busy. When I went back in they were still attending to someone who had come after me. Although the front staff tried to give some sort of explanation this is quite frankly super unprofessional and wasted a bit of my time."
