"I was recommended this nail salon. I made appt on line. I was suppose to have appt with Kim. I know the lady who did my nails was not Kim. Very unfriendly salon. No one said hello or good bye!!!!! I’m a local looking for a good nail salon! Will not be returning. Worst gels I’ve ever had. Overall not a good experience!"

"This nail salon is absolutely AMAZING! I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment, needing an emergency repair from a brand new manicure I had gotten the DAY before in my home town. They looked at my nails, matched the color with the first bottle they grabbed, and fixed more than my two chipped nails. They were literally my heros!!!! I am so grateful to this salon and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is visiting Monterrey Bay!"

"My daughter and I had scheduled appts with a 30 min spread beyweach appt. One appt was set for 11 and the 11;30 appt began @ noon. They seemed to be a little short handed. No water offered. No coffee offered. No extras here. One particular staff member had a difficult time understanding English and softly muttered sounds..not much that I could understand. The lady did a descent job on the toe nails. She scrubbed one leg & foot and barely touched the other. Not much attention to detail."

"I was really looking forward to leopard, sunset. Or mermaid nails. But Hana said no just regular. Maybe cause I don’t do gel, just paint. I picked a color and have gotten used to it, now really like it. It takes me awhile to get used to nail colors. The work was precise and detailed. And they are passing the me test as I cook dinner and do all my stuff. She took out my ingrown nail which needed it on my big rt toe"

"Blair has done my nails and toes a couple of times, absolutely the BEST polish I have ever had. The nail polish actually lasted 3 weeks with minimal chips (regular polish, not gel). Very quick, but not at all rushed. All spots are cleaned very well between people. GREAT prices... I just can't say enough good things!"
