"Booked a regular mani appointment the day of, owner was extremely friendly and professional and got it done quickly. While I was there, a tourist came by who was attending a wedding in Monterey and got powder nails somewhere else. One of her powder nails fell off and she wanted to know if it could be fixed - the owner helped her free of charge even though she doesn’t carry gel / powder (only regular polishes). It was very kind. Highly recommend!"

"Beware of pedicures here. Weirdest and worst pedicure I've ever had. They had me lay down on a half table / bed and put an old blanket over me. Then a lady walks in the room with a plastic bucket of water!? She puts my feet in the tub as I lay on my back with my legs hanging off the end of the table. She then proceeds to trim my nails without any kind of foot wash, scrub, gel, or treatment. Suddenly a man appears above my head and starts rubbing my face with lotion covering his hands. He then wants to reach down my shirt with his hands covered in lotion to rub my shoulders. I told him to stop. The lady trimming my nails at my feet stopped and the man came and started rubbing my feet with lotion. I finally just told him I'm done and left. So terrible."

"Beware... Charging people (innocently?) in British pounds instead of dollars. It was quiet when we got there and we didn't see anybody. I looked over the counter and noticed every receipt was in GBP instead of dollars. (Uh... we are in America) I was going to point it out on my receipt before I signed it, but the machine makes you sign before you get the receipt. Sure enough, mine was in British pounds. This means they charge you in British pounds, pretending it's in dollars and take advantage of the exchange rate because people haven't noticed the distinction on the receipt. Not okay. Paid $215 after the money translation. Massage was good. Just don't enjoy being taken advantage of. Spoke to the owner on the phone. Allegedly they know nothing about the machine, suggesting every customer who had been in there had been duped."

"I had an amazing time with GG! She was very accommodating. Was able to get me in for a haircut and manicure (touch of pedicure) pretty quickly on a Saturday. My hair came out great! And it was relatively fast! She also was able to fit my needs and colored my toes rather than a whole pedicure, which is exactly what I needed for my time constraints! Can’t wait to try acupuncture and massage at her facility. Open until 10 PM! Very accommodating !"
