"We are current patient with Dr Chen. The experiences had been positive in the past. As the clinic is growing with more staffs, my experience from the visit today is unsatisfactory. The overall dental cleaning seems rushed. The patient spits and vomits multiple time because of inadequate draining of the cleaning water. When the patient was rushed to get off from the treatment chair, he was tripped by the wire on the ground and fell. We voice the concerns with the leading doctor and the front desk. However, everyone seems not their problems. When we ask to speak with Dr Chen, we were told that Dr Chen was busy and didn't have the time to speak with us. We were then asked to leave. I tend to think this is one time experience, hope the clinic will take the matter serious and make the necessary correction."
