"This is related to our 2 visits in late December. We had just moved to the area and it was almost the deadline to use my insurance benefits. The office helped find time on their busy schedule considering all holidays, kids being at school, and I having much at work. On the day of the appointment, parking was just at the location and easily accessible. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kelly, the kind office coordinator, who helped me settle the kids (was there for my 5 yo son and 9 yo daughter) for their appointments. The office was in a new building with spacious waiting area. That helped as we were waiting in the lobby. For the kids, Dr. Neela patiently visited them. What stood out to me was her patience explaining my action items as the parent: she did not just give me the briefing, she walked me through the dental maintenance routine for the kids. Amazing what you can still learn after a decade of parenting. For myself, in an appointment on another day, she went through my dental record and answered my concerns patiently. I did not feel any rush, which had usually happened when talking to other dentists. Something that made me more confident on my choice was she explaining several options of taking care of my teeth: I was the decision maker knowing I have all required knowledge conveyed to me. I am happy our family has found this practice."
