"My husband and I push purchased a queen mattress at this location 5 years ago at a great price and this time didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding another retailer. We recently bought a king mattress (for more than double $$ the queen unfortunately) and after breaking it in for 3 weeks confirmed it was too firm. They luckily let us do a comfort exchange (of course paying the difference between the mattresses). The new one is a little too soft now but beggars can’t be choosers so I guess it’s okay. I will say I do not appreciate the sales tactic. Once we had already established we WERE for sure purchasing a mattress ( & which one) the sales person who I will not name said that we were getting a deal since it was the “last one they had.” I knew immediately this was a ”sale tactic” but already was purchasing it so it didn’t matter & didn’t say anything, but I felt this was redundant. Additionally owner was there and after saying we didn’t want the $199 “deal” of 2 pillows & a mattress protector that extends the already 10yr warranty (no one ever utilizes the warranty for you inexperienced/young guys out there) he said he’d do the protector for $79. That was straight trying to sell me something I didn’t want and I didn’t appreciate that. I’m 24 and not a sucker. Glad I now have a bigger mattress for me and my cats though lol! I’m not unhappy but will probably shop elsewhere the next time I need a mattress."
