I was married in September at Post Ranch Inn and came into the salon for my wedding day hair and makeup. Katlyn is an incredibly talented hair and makeup artist and I couldn't have been happier with the results. One of the things that stood out to me about her was her creativity and attention to detail. I had a specific vision in mind, complete with a flower crown. To my delight, she not only embraced my idea but also took it to the next level. She skillfully transformed the flower crown into a breathtaking hairpiece that perfectly complemented my bridal look. It was a unique and personalized touch that truly made me feel special on my big day. The makeup artistry was nothing short of phenomenal. "Hair fell out before I even got to the alter. I have naturally curly hair so it's not hard to get curls to stay. After the trail I even shared that we would need to do something different because the curls didn't stay. After finishing my hair day of the wedding I even asked for extra hairspray. On top of that, my hair was not done how we had done and agreed upon during the trail. Some details were changed and I did not even realize it until I saw photos. I'm upset that I paid what I paid and my hair was not even satisfactory. This is a warning to anyone else to make sure you pay close attention or go somewhere else."
