"I requested gray coverage and highlights around my face because I wear my hair up. I did not ask for a cut. The appointment lasted 2 hours. I requested no blow dry. $459. (Including tip). Once my hair was dry I realized there were very few highlights around my face. I called and asked if they could improve the highlights around my face because I saw only a few. I returned and after she told me she was mixing my color, returned 10 min later to tell me it was going to cost me an additional $100. I told her I spent $450. and didn’t get satisfactory results. I walked out. They are overpriced and don’t care about customer service."

"This is an excellent salon. It’s owner Patty Olson runs the shop with a meticulous touch in a beautiful, clean and drama, free organization. I might add that they have always been on time for every single one of my appointments since 2014. I highly recommend them without reservation."

"I just switched to O salon and everyone there has been wonderful. Nikki and Patti were so kind and helpful with setting me up to be a new client and Mimi did a beautiful job on my hair. The color came out great and the cut is perfect. She was very detail oriented and really transformed my hair; a very skilled and true professional. I have had so many compliments and my hair feels and looks healthy and great."

"HORRIBLE customer service. I bought 70$ worth of product From them - I thought oh neighborhood salon, give them business as opposed to Sephora. Forget that! One of my products wasn’t sealed and the other one was horrible quality, unlike the brand name when I’ve purchased in the past and I brought them back within 2 weeks of purchase and they said no refunds, no exchanges, no store credit - nothing! The owner told me she can’t run a business taking returns bc she can’t resell things if seals aren’t in tact. So basically she can’t run a business where she might lose money on product even if it’s poor quality or unsealed. No one told me when I bought the products that there was no refunds for any reason. This is why I don’t buy from places who are totally inflexible, had only I known. What about how my product wasn’t sealed?! She told me she would contact some rep and told me only if she got paid back, I would get paid back. Huh?! Next time, I will go to a reputable salon with a fair return or exchange policy or Sephora. Beware of any product buying and who knows what else. If I could give zero stars, I would have."

"Highly recommend Sarah- skilled, patient and intuitive. She spent quite a long time sculpting my long, mousy hair into a cute, layered bob. Very happy with my new look, and appreciative of the time and attention that it took. The salon is nice- clean and upscale. They take your temp. Upon arrival and sanitize everything as they work."
