"My experience with Family Leisure was fantastic! I am fortunate to work from home so I was able to watch the process from start to finish. My PM is, I say is because he still makes himself available, Greg and his right hand Tracy are so professional and knowledgeable. I asked a million questions and they answered every single one of them. Keeping me informed of who would be at my home each day, if there was a delay or just to stop by and check in. The subcontractors were respectable to our home and our neighbor’s homes. If I had an issue it was addressed and even with an open item, waiting for the Spring, I have full confidence that Greg will take care of me. Drew was also someone I met at the end of the process and he is such a gentleman. He walked me through my pump, cleaning and allowed me to record so I can reference in the future. All in all my experience was an amazing experience and I believe I gained new friends in the process! Thank you, Family Leisure, Greg, Tracy, Drew & team for helping make my back yard beautiful!"

"I went to family leisure because my new house had a pool and I knew nothing about it. The staff knew very little about the permasalt system, so I presented a list of items I needed. They insisted I didn’t need a pool cover if one was left for me. They said to try the one I had first. The picture shows how terrible the cover is. Grommets are very far apart, which allows air to lift the cover (even though 2” of water was sitting on it). I really need a new one. I live alone and can’t just swap covers. I don’t know what to do with this cover flying up in the air. A deck makes it impossible to use the wrap."

"New to the Hot Tub and Spas... We've been very happy with Family Leisure and the Hot Tub we chose. "AJ" helped us pick the one that suited us best and honestly, we couldn't be happier. We looked ALL around for one and have been thrilled with this Artisian. We "thought" we had a couple of issues with it and Family Leisure sent someone out promptly to help us solve the problem. (User Error!!!) They've helped us with our water regulations etc.... Install was spot on. Thanks again folks for your service and help!"

We just completed a 10 week start to finish instal amidst rain delays, 2 Hollidays and an unbearable heat wave. We were skeptical about a lot of things as most home owners would be. We were kept in the loop of each stage of the process and everything went smooth, and installation couldn’t have been any nicer. I would recommend them to anyone.”"

"No instructions given after pool setup in regards to system (not chemical) maintenance. They will give you chemical needs so they make money. One upside is they have a great person there by the name of Lilly--thank you so much!"
