"Been going here for YEARS and loved it. Then I got a gel manicure recently and within 2-3 days it was chipping and coming off, and felt a lot thinner than they normally were when I’d get them done. I called and they fixed them. Then another few days went by, and they were chipping and falling off completely. I called to get them fixed again, and the owner called me back and basically said to just find a new salon because there was either something wrong with their products or my nail beds."

"Got my nails done on Thursday. Showed her what I wanted and didn’t turnout good at all. Went back in and told me to come Saturday to fix. But I needed to repay for. Owner has bad customer service, she tried to tell me you can’t go to a restaurant say something is bad and get for free. I told her YES you can."

"My daughter and I setup gel manicures & pedicures for her birthday. We got there on time and were immediately brought to the pedi chairs. Kathy did a great job on my feet. My daughter had another gal that started her pedi and then disappeared for over 30 minutes! She finally came back and said her tummy was 'bad'. Then, we were taken to the manicure tables. I had Hannah - wow was she horrible! She is crazy with her sanding machine! Three of my cuticles were sanded and bloodied. I stopped her on the 3rd one and said "I need a different person to work on my nails." She said no, and then kept going??!!! After 4 days, both my daughter's gel finger nails and mine are cracking and chipping. They are super expensive - I do not recommend them at all. We did not leave a tip."
