"I was recognized as soon as I walked in the door and received a very pleasant "Good Morning, Gary; we are ready for you. I was escorted to a chair and met two employees who worked at there. They prepped me for my visit and explained what was going to happen. Dr. Washington came in and welcomed me to the office and further explained what he was going to do and began this work. I was there to prep a tooth for a crown and for impressions. All the work was done constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. Everything was great and my experience was very very good."
